Grace Hyams is a high level calisthenics athlete, former elite gymnast, and qualified coach with a strong commercial and digital presence. With over a decade of FIG level artistic gymnastics training and a BSc in Sport, Exercise and Health Science, she combines elite physical control with disciplined coaching and performance led content creation. Grace works across brand campaigns, fitness modelling, and coaching led storytelling, delivering authentic, skill driven content for brands that value real athletic ability, credibility, and representation. She is also an active coach within leading calisthenics and fitness communities, working with both premium clients and grassroots spaces.
